Happy New Year!

In Japan, people have a tradition to take New Year’s dish called Osechi Ryori on January 1st. It was said that each dish contains everybody’s resolution and best wishes to the new year. I used select food materials that are traditionally consumed in Japan to make Osechi Ryori, but adjusted the flavor to meet my family’s taste in order to reflect my own cuisine style.
