Korean Grilled Seaweed Sushi Roll with Various Kinds of Stuffings

There are 8 different kinds of stuffings (fried egg roll, ham, oden, cucumber, perilla leaf, carriot, Japanese style pickled radish, burdock) included in the grilled laver sushi roll. Although this is my first time of wrapping the stuffings with two pieces of grilled seaweed sheets, the shape is surprisingly good. If you paste some sesame oil on the surface of thick roll, the taste will be even better.

含有丰富什锦馅儿的韩式海苔包饭

八种不同种类的什锦馅儿(煎鸡蛋,鱼糕,熏火腿,黄瓜,紫苏叶,胡罗卜,腌萝卜,牛蒡)欢聚于海苔卷里。虽然第一次使用两张海苔来卷,却出乎意外地卷成了好看的形状。在卷出来的粗海苔卷外面涂抹一些芝麻油则味道更佳。

속이 꽉찬 김밥

8가지 종류( 달걀지단, 햄, 어묵, 오이, 깻잎, 당근, 단무지, 우엉)를 넣어 속이 꽉 찬 김밥. 처음으로 김 두장을 사용하여 김밥을 말았는데 예상보다 모양이 괜찮다. 마무리할때 김밥 위에다 참기름을 발라주면 더 맛있어요! 

具だくさんコリアンキムパ

八種類の具(玉子焼き、ハム、おでん、きゅうり、エゴマ、人参、たくあん、牛蒡)が詰まっている。初めて海苔を二枚使って巻いたが、思った以上綺麗に出来上がった。仕上げに太巻きの表面にごま油をぬるともっと美味しい!
